Richard Fleischman
President

Mr. Fleischman is President of Richard Fleischman & Associates (RFA). He and his 140 IT experts serve as their client's trusted technology advisor and provide all-inclusive technology and business continuity services to more than 400 hedge funds and financial service organizations in the alternative asset space. Prior to founding RFA in 1990, Mr. Fleischman was a one-man consulting firm and worked with several financial service clients. As the demand for his level of service increased, RFA was launched.

Trained in computer programming, Mr. Fleischman began his career in the early 1980s working with mainframe computer systems. He then advanced to managing international telecommunications networks for Salomon Brothers and then became involved in early computer networking. Mr. Fleischman earned his Novell Certification and was later one of the first Microsoft-Certified professionals in the New York City area. Nine years ago, he saw the need for high-level IT service and support in the financial community and expanded into the hedge fund vertical.

Ravi Atluri
Director of Project Design and Development

As Lead Project Manager for RFA, Mr. Atluri supervises the team of project managers, designs LAN rooms and coordinates key details with architects, engineers and clients. A member of the team since 1999, during his tenure he has worked extensively in the areas of exchange server setups, market data applications, and desktop support and network administration in addition to project management.

Previous to his post at RFA, Mr. Atluri worked for an engineering consulting firm managing their IT department.

Robert T. Barnfather II
Purchase Site Manager

Mr. Barnfather is responsible for the Purchase Site operations including the Data Center, management of the Field Staff, Project Management and Facilities. Mr. Barnfather joined RFA in 2002 as a Field Technician and was named Purchase Site Manager in 2003. Mr. Barnfather brings eight years of proven expertise in financial service support and project management.

Before RFA Mr. Barnfather was a Systems Engineer for several large financial institutions. Prior to his career in IT services, Mr. Barnfather was an Aviation Electronic Warfare Specialist serving in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Audy Bautista
Director of Network Infrastructure and Security

As Director of Network Infrastructure and Security at RFA, Mr. Bautista is a ten-year IT veteran in the financial industry and leads the team of network engineers that are responsible for all LAN/WAN network design, all aspects of data communication and network security-related matters. Prior to joining RFA, Mr. Bautista was a Senior Network Engineer for an equity day trading firm on Wall Street.

Julian Croxall
Director of Client Consulting

Mr. Croxall is an 18-year IT veteran specializing in banking and trading environments. In his role at RFA, he is responsible for the operation of a virtual client consultancy and new product and service offerings for RFA's technology and business development teams.

Prior to joining RFA, he held several technology management positions across Europe and North America at Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley. Most recently, he worked for Merrill Lynch and directed technology for Merrill's proprietary mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Croxall founded two successful small businesses that provided technology services and application development to other industry sectors including telecoms, manufacturing, media and advertising.

Cameron Floyd
Director of Managed Business Services

Mr. Floyd has more than 12 year's experience in developing, marketing and managing business services in high-end commercial property environments and possesses a broad commercial acumen across multiple verticals.

Prior to joining RFA, served as the Executive Vice President of North America at the Executive Office Group - Argyll, a luxury service office provider for Morgan Stanley Real Estate and spent seven years in London, England as the Regional Business Development Manager at HQ Global Workplaces - now Executive Office Group.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Floyd spent five years in Australia managing a national roll out of 300 high-end retail locations.

Gregory Milis
Director of Technology

As Director of Technology at RFA, Mr. Milis is a 15-year IT veteran with more than 12 year's experience working in the financial industry and is responsible for managing all aspects of infrastructure design for RFA clients and evaluation and testing of new technologies. Mr. Milis also manages the Systems Architecture team that provides high-level support for all RFA field personnel and the Project Team.

Prior to joining RFA, Mr. Milis worked for Thomson Financial. He holds master's degree in Computer Science and number of industry certifications from Microsoft and EMC.

Rachel Norris
Director of Human Resources, PHR

Ms. Norris is responsible for Human Resources-related activities including employee relations, compensation and benefits, staffing and retention, organizational development, compliance, policy and program development and employee training programs. Ms. Norris received her master's degree in Human Resources Management from Wilmington College and has worked in Human Resources for more than five years. Prior to joining RFA, she worked with an IT Firm in Philadelphia as a Human Resources Manager. Ms. Norris is a member of SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management) and the Human Resources Association of NY.

Donald Previti
Director of Business Development

Mr. Previti has more than 25-years experience in the financial industry with a specialty in banking, market data and trading desk technologies. In his role at RFA, he is responsible for, developing key channel partnerships and leading RFA's sales and marketing efforts.

Most recently, Mr. Previti served as the Director of Business Development at CS Technology where he was responsible for technology infrastructure design and established strong ties to the real estate community. Earlier in his career, Mr. Previti held management positions at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Credit Suisse First Boston and Reuters America.

Mr. Previti has also held senior sales executive positions at two successful startup companies - Horizonwimba.com (a global online learning company) and Wide Learning (a startup company funded by JP Morgan and GE Capital).

Mr. Previti currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Hedge Funds Care Golf Committee and is also a member of Corenet NY Chapter and CIBS (Commercial Industrial Broker Society).
