Project Management
- Coordinate all aspects of your relocation, this includes providing specifications for the general contractor, architects and engineers and representing your technology needs during construction planning
- Coordinate all third-party market data vendors as part of your implementation
- Provide pre-lease evaluation of the sites under consideration, including communications [carrier diversity] and infrastructure analysis
- Survey your existing facilities, network and server infrastructure, develop a detailed strategy for relocating and provide a fixed budget
- Design and provide detailed specifications for electrical contractors and HVAC providers to support you now and in the future as you grow
- Design and implement network, voice and systems infrastructure
- Phone system design, procurement, installation and support
- Determine building carrier diversity and provide relevant telecom quotes
- Oversee circuit installations and implementations (Internet, voice and cable TV)
- Coordinate low voltage cabling plan/design
- Manage all vendors, including but not limited to: NY, security, voice and market data
- Breakdown workstations, servers, phones, network infrastructure and disconnect all printers and peripherals
- Set up and test all phones, voice and data circuits, servers, workstations, network, printers and related systems
- RFA Project Team and related technical staff will be onsite day I to address any/all end user technical requirements
- Day 2 support is provided by our dedicated field technicians and our 24/7, 365 days a year Help Desk
